I'm Julie Deardorff. After years in the Marines and Nuclear Police, I found archery very relaxing. There was even a spiritual element I wasn't expecting to find. In 2019 I became a Level 2 Instructor, taught by Olympic Gold Medalist Elzbieta Tworek in Knoxville, TN.

As an archery coach I strive to create a non-intimidating environment to learn in and a stress-free experience. I teach recurve bow and instinctive shooting only; no sights; no time limits; no simulated stress; no pressure (see my intro). I also incorporate meditation into my practice to give clients their own unique experience of self-actualization.
